Software Engineer (AWS Cloud Application)

Key Duties

• Design and develop serverless and container-based applications on AWS
• Translate business requirements into scalable cloud architectures (API, data, integration layers)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS SAM and CloudFormation
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with ERP systems
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and cloud operations
• Apply best practices: code reviews, documentation, CI/CD, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud application development
• Strong experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon S3, AWS SAM / AWS CloudFormation
• Proficient in Node.js, ReactJS, RESTful API development
• Experience in system-to-system integration projects
• Exposure to AI/ML services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Textract) is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
