We are hiring Contract Finance Assistant Manager to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.

* Perform hands-on accounting duties and complete all journal entries within stipulated timelines for assigned business units / entities.

* Ensure intercompany reconciliations are completed and uploaded to Tagetik for Group submission by WD5.

* Liaise closely with business units and the Finance Operations Team to ensure revenue and expenses are recorded promptly and accurately each month.

* Review and explain monthly P&L fluctuations for assigned business units.

* Take initiative to address emerging issues, drive resolutions and continuously improve finance processes.

* Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules and follow up on long outstanding items for clearance.

* Prepare tax schedules for the Group Tax Department based on the Tax Checklist and support tax-related queries.

* Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

* Participate in yearly stock-take exercises and incentives computation for business units.

* Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Policies in daily work processes.

* Support the Reporting Manager in supervising staff and handling other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Degree in Accountancy

Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Prior audit experience would be advantageous.

MNC and healthcare experience would be preferred.

Experience handling high-volume accounting work and multiple legal entities.

Comfortable in a hands-on role with some supervisory / managerial responsibilities.

Experience supervising 1–2 staff would be advantageous.

Good project and time management skills.

Experience in a shared services environment would be preferred.

Able to commence work immediately.

Able to commit to contract duration until May 2027.
