Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring everything runs smoothly, cleanly, and professionally.
Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and motivate our team of massage therapists and reception staff.
Customer Service: Welcoming clients, handling bookings, resolving customer inquiries/complaints, and ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
Sales & Promotion: Drive shop revenue by promoting packages, memberships, and gift vouchers.
Inventory Control: Monitor and restock shop supplies (towels, oils, essential products, etc.).
