Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Process payments and handle POS system
Requirements
- Prior F&B/service experience preferred but not required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
