Job Overview: Serve as the point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth, memorableexperience throughout their visit.

- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival

- Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests

- Address guest concerns and feedback professionally

- Build rapport with regular/VIP guests

- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Presentable, outgoing, and service-oriented

- Prior experience in hospitality/guest service preferred

- Willing to work nights and weekends
