Support the administration and enhancement of Performance, Compensation and Benefits programmes, policies and frameworks across the organisation.
Participate in HR system implementation and UAT, including test execution, validation and preparation of user guides and communication materials for Rewards related modules.
Support data migration activities by extracting, consolidating and validating employee records; coordinate with stakeholders to address system queries and process feedback.
Analyse large datasets relating to compensation, benefits, performance reviews and budgeting to support Rewards planning and decision making.
Prepare recurring compensation and performance reports; review compensation proposals requiring further assessment and support participation in market or industry surveys.
Contribute to Rewards and organisation wide projects, including process enhancements and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and data quality.
