Translate into to business process mapping.
Identify and build pre and post requisite business activities for new functionality
Reviewing technical training documents
Building business process training documents
Combining technical and business training documents for relevant users, customers and suppliers
Assist with delivering training materials and maintain training support during hyper care period
Coordinate responsibilities and action required
