A premier developer and manufacturer of advanced inspection and metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry.

Human Resources (HR) Operations

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations across Southeast Asia (SEA), covering recruitment, onboarding, probation confirmation, performance management, and the complete employee lifecycle.

  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies across SEA countries.

  • Strengthen and update HR internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.

  • Handle payroll processing, staff overtime, expense claims, and maintain accurate records of annual and sick leave.

  • Support benefits administration, including claim resolution, reconciliation of benefits statements, and approval of invoices for payment.

  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving staff concerns.

  • Organise periodic staff bonding activities and team-building events.

  • Assist management in organisational development, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.

  • Uphold high accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity in all HR records and documentation.

Administration Support

  • Assist with customer sales contracts and related documentation.

  • Follow up on customer corporate governance documentation such as ESG, RBA, and NDAs.

  • Support marketing activities, including trade shows, seminars, and promotional events.

  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth execution of sales administration processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in the Semiconductor/ Engineering Industry, with a focus on SEA HR operations and compliance, is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple countries and priorities effectively under pressure.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage staff at all levels.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • HR certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) and experience in a fast-paced or regional environment is advantageous.

  • Willingness to travel periodically to meet staff and support HR initiatives.
