Job Summary

You will manage bar operations including opening and closing, ordering, preparation, and inventory control, while attending to guests and supporting the manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar following established procedures to ensure readiness for service
• Manage bar operations by ordering supplies, preparing beverages, and controlling inventory to maintain stock levels
• Attend to guests in the bar and restaurant areas to provide attentive and courteous service
• Support the manager in coordinating daily bar activities to maintain efficient operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate friendliness, strong work ethic, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively and build positive interactions with guests and team members
• Possess knowledge of wine, beer, and alcohol to enhance guest service and beverage preparation

Other Information

• Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
