Service Operations Manager (ACMV/North)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage service operations for both contract and non-contract customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee fault reporting, repairs, installation, maintenance, and emergency response to meet standards and timelines.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performanceservice team through regular meetings, site visits, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with customer guidelines, safety regulations, and internal SOPs.
• Provide feedback to management and implement improvements for operational.

• Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in ACMV or facilities service operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused with good communication and service management abilities.
