3. Handle preparation of meals for large groups daily.

4. Maintain consistent taste, quality, and portion size.

5. Plan and organize daily food preparation efficiently.

6. Supervise kitchen helpers and junior cooks.

7. Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

8. Monitor ingredients, stock levels, and minimize food wastage.

9. Able to work under pressure and meet meal delivery schedules.

10. Follow company recipes, food safety standards, and management instructions.
