Job Summary
Drive B2B sales by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering digital/AI solutions in marine and related sectors. Collaborate internally to ensure successful sales cycles and solution implementation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities to expand client base
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business
- Analyze customer needs and propose tailored optimal solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and negotiation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales information in CRM systems for effective tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate solution delivery and ensure client satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or B2B sales; fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset are welcome
- Experience in lead generation and account management to support sales growth
- Familiarity with CRM tools to enhance sales process efficiency
- Exposure to the marine industry is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively
- Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
