Job Summary

Drive B2B sales by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering digital/AI solutions in marine and related sectors. Collaborate internally to ensure successful sales cycles and solution implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities to expand client base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business
• Analyze customer needs and propose tailored optimal solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and negotiation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales information in CRM systems for effective tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate solution delivery and ensure client satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or B2B sales; fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset are welcome
• Experience in lead generation and account management to support sales growth
• Familiarity with CRM tools to enhance sales process efficiency
• Exposure to the marine industry is advantageous but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively
• Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
