About Ekdant Holdings (“Ekdant”)

Ekdant is a Singapore-based investment platform focused on real estate and real assets, targeting commercial (office and retail), hospitality/living and mixed-use developments. The firm's primary markets are Singapore and India, with an opportunistic lens across the APAC region. Ekdant invests via a range of structures including joint ventures, co-investments and GP-LP arrangements. We are building a focused, high-calibre investment team and are looking for an Analyst / Associate to play a central role in deal sourcing, underwriting and asset management across the various Funds and supporting the Group of Companies in Real Estate matters.

Role Overview

The candidate will be involved in investment and asset/portfolio management functions across the full deal lifecycle - from sourcing and underwriting through execution and ongoing portfolio management/monitoring, working closely with senior team members. This role offers the right candidate hands-on, end-to-end deal exposure, execution / asset / fund management and disposition experience — breadth that is difficult to obtain in a larger, more siloed platform. As the team scales, there is a clear path to greater deal ownership and direct Investment Committee exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, investment feasibility, taking the initiative to make recommendations to senior members of the team

• Take ownership to build and maintain financial models (DCF, three-statement) to underwrite transactions

• End-to-end support of deal execution, including Investment Committee/Board approvals, due diligence, negotiation, Fund/investment structuring and Investment memos

• Monitor and help unlock value and boost performance of the overall portfolio and investments, including quarterly reviews of asset/portfolio performance against underwrites and approved budgets (hold, sell analysis in later years of the asset)

• Engage with third-party stakeholders, counterparties (lawyers, Tax / Audit consultants, Valuers etc), and intermediaries to gather information to support the underwriting and ongoing monitoring

• Assist in formulating, researching, and preparing papers for new investment themes and strategies

• Monitor markets to identify and assess industry trends and developments that impact investment underwriting and portfolio construction

• Support senior team members in business development and relationship building, including deal sourcing and performing due diligence

Qualifications, Skills & Traits

• Degree in finance, real estate, economics, accounting or a comparable discipline from a well-regarded institution

• Two (2) to six (6) years of relevant experience in real estate investment, investment banking, principal investment or asset management; direct exposure to commercial, industrial, hospitality/living, mixed-use or data centre assets is advantageous

• Excellent quantitative and communication skills — advanced Excel and PowerPoint, fluency in DCF and three- statement modelling, and the ability to build, stress-test and present an underwriting model in Investment Committee-ready form

• Ability to unpack complex situations, identify nuances, think creatively and distil analysis into clear, decision-ready messages

• Fluent with AI tools to accelerate research and build a base thesis quickly, paired with the judgement to interrogate rather than accept their output

• Strong critical thinking, a curiosity to keep learning, and a solution-oriented approach

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player with willingness to work in a lean and flat setup

• Committed to delivering quality outcomes and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

• Existing right to work in Singapore
