Job Duties

  • Communicate Alumni Benefits to students
  • Promote Alumni Portal activation and the Digital Alumni Card
  • Promote Alumni social media channels and Telegram to students

Working Period

  • 13 to 15 October 2026

Working Hours

  • 13 October: 1:00 pm – 8:30 pm
  • 14 & 15 October: 11:00 am – 8:30 pm

Salary

  • $11/hr

Requirements

  • Minimum O level holder/Diploma/undergrad with social media knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition
  • Previous experience in customer service or event support is a plus
  • Friendly, approachable and a team player
