Location: West

* Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
* Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
* Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
* Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
* Ensure the services are delivered in line with’ policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
* Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services.
* Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
