Support post-investment PMI (Post-Merger Integration) initiatives across portfolio companies.
Establish and enhance internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.
Improve financial and operational structures, including reviewing balance sheet and profit & loss management.
Support the setup, monitoring, and effectiveness of board governance and management structures.
Collaborate closely with portfolio company management to drive value creation and prepare for successful exits.

Approximately 3–4 years of relevant experience in consulting (PMI, strategy, or business improvement), Big 4 firms, corporate M&A or investment functions, trading companies (investment or business management), or investment banking.
Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Experience or solid understanding of M&A, PMI, and investment-related work, with a strong interest in business improvement and portfolio management.
Ability to manage governance-related and operational tasks, including detailed hands-on execution.
Strong interest in both investment activities and business operations, with a practical, operations-oriented mindset.
