Job Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment for contract and internship positions
  • Support manufacturing hiring needs based on manpower requirements
  • Understand and pick up manufacturing processes quickly
  • Work closely with stakeholders to support hiring activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly to manufacturing processes
  • People-oriented with a genuine interest in supporting others
  • Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
