Job Description:

  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries and customer requests professionally
  • Provide accurate information and assistance based on established procedures
  • Assist customers with appointments, bookings, orders, account or service-related enquiries
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Any Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Min GCE N/O/A Levels, NITEC, Diploma or relevant qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional and courteous manner
