Resident Surveyor (LTA / Civil)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site surveying activities.
• Plan daily surveying work and ensure accurate, timely measurements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients on surveying matters.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Provide surveying support to the construction team as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant Land Surveyor experience.
• Registered member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV)
