Contract type: Full time

* Assist with daily kitchen operations in an air-conditioned noodle shop.

* Prepare, wash, cut and sort ingredients according to requirements.

* Assist with taking orders and basic food preparation when required.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.

* Store food ingredients properly and assist with inventory/stock management.

* Follow all food hygiene and safety standards.

* Handle and dispose of kitchen waste properly.

* Assist with dishwashing when necessary.

* Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Relevant kitchen or food preparation experience is required.

* Valid Food Hygiene Certificate is required.

* Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

* Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

* Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00am–7:00pm

* Break: 2:00pm–4:00pm

* Rest Days: 4 days per month / Every Sunday off

* Location: Bishan

* Benefits: Staff meal provided
