Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Monitor key performance indicators and track the success of implemented changes
Design and conduct surveys to gather feedback from stakeholders
Support the development and implementation of new business policies and procedures
Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform continuous improvement efforts
