Bell Captain

This role reports to Chief Concierge.

* To supervise and train the Bell team, ensuring fair task delegation and adherence to grooming standards.

* To deploy porters based on operational needs, managing entrance activities like traffic control and taxi bookings.

* To maintain and oversee the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, driveway, and baggage room, including audits and inventory checks.

* To handle guest inquiries related to local tours and directions in the absence of the Concierge.

* To ensure the functionality of concierge equipment and perform additional front office duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

* To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements

* Prior experience as Porter will be a plus.

* Well-groomed and immaculate appearance.

* Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition.

* Knowledge on Opera PMS System preferred.
