Job Description

• Prepare and cook Greek cuisine dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards

• Carry out daily mise en place and cooking duties under the guidance of the Head Chef / Sous Chef

• Assist in operating assigned kitchen stations during service hours

• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with HACCP and NEA regulations

• Handle and store food ingredients properly to minimize wastage

• Assist with stock checking and basic kitchen inventory

• Follow kitchen procedures, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Cook / Line Cook

• Basic experience or exposure to Greek or Mediterranean cuisine preferred

• Knowledge of grilling, hot kitchen operations, and food preparation techniques

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Familiar with food hygiene and safety standards

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Salary

SGD 2,200 – 3,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
