Chef De Partie

Come cook with us. Come grow with us.

Seroja is a Michelin two-star restaurant in Singapore, inspired by the diversity, ingredients and stories of Southeast Asia.

We're a young, passionate kitchen team, constantly questioning, experimenting and pushing ourselves to become better.

Now we're looking for a Chef de Partie to join us.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be an important part of our kitchen team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Running your section during service

• Preparing and executing dishes to Seroja's standards

• Maintaining consistency, quality and attention to detail

• Preparing mise en place and managing your section efficiently

• Working closely with the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine

• Supporting and guiding Commis Chefs

• Maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation

• Contributing ideas and being part of the creative process

But beyond the job description, we're looking for someone who wants to learn.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Passionate. Curious. Hardworking. Humble.

You don't have to know everything.

We want someone who is hungry to improve, willing to learn and takes pride in what they put on the plate.

Someone who understands that great cooking isn't only about technique.

It's about discipline, teamwork, consistency and care.

If you have experience in a good restaurant or fine-dining kitchen, that's a plus.

But attitude matters just as much as experience.

WHY SEROJA?

You'll be joining a team that is still building its story.

At Seroja, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Work in a Michelin two-star kitchen

• Learn and develop your technical skills

• Work with Southeast Asian ingredients and flavours

• Be involved in new dishes, collaborations and special projects

• Learn from an ambitious and passionate team

• Grow within the restaurant as we continue to evolve

We're not looking for someone who simply wants a job.

We're looking for someone who wants to become a better chef.

If that's you, come join us.

Let's cook. Let's learn. Let's grow.
