Global Total Rewards Manager (MNC / Logistics) [EL]

Responsibilities

• Support Group Total Rewards initiatives, including job grading, job evaluation, salary structure design and compensation planning.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking, market analysis and cost modelling to support reward decisions.
• Coordinate regional participation in external salary and benefits surveys, ensuring accurate submissions and validation with HR teams.
• Provide guidance to HR teams and business stakeholders on compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and reward frameworks.
• Review remuneration packages and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support annual bonus plan design, cost simulations and reward analysis.
• Review and harmonise allowances, employee benefits and group insurance programmes across relevant markets.
• Partner with regional HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistent application of Total Rewards frameworks while considering local market requirements.
• Prepare analytical insights, scenario modelling and recommendations to support pay positioning and reward strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, with solid experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably within a multinational or regional organisation.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices, including salary structures, pay ranges, job evaluation and market benchmarking.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret market data and analytical outputs and translate them into practical reward recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.
• Regional or multi-market experience would be advantageous.
