SUPERVISOR

Job Description & Requirements

• Supervise and lead multiple cleaning teams across various project sites, ensuring consistent service standards are met daily.
• Train cleaners and team leaders on proper cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and service expectations; provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Plan work schedules and manage manpower deployment to ensure adequate site coverage at all times.
• Monitor compliance with cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and tender specifications; follow up promptly on any gaps.
• Implement operational plans to continuously improve work processes and overall service quality.
• Conduct regular checks on cleaning equipment condition and ensure all tools are maintained and in good working order.
• Monitor cleaning material stock levels across sites and coordinate timely re-ordering to prevent shortages.
• Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently, making sound on-the-ground decisions when needed.
• Submit accurate daily cleaning reports to management.
• Foster clear communication and positive engagement among team members at the workplace.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a cleaning supervisory or team lead role preferred.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites.
