Acupuncturist

We are expanding our team at Complementary Integrated Medicine and prospective incumbents will be providing acupuncture services for patients at the outpatient and inpatient setting using safe, effective, updated techniques and procedures to maximize optimal recovery.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIFIC

1. Comply with Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines for TCM Practitioners
2. Assess, establish and carry out treatment plans of patients
3. Document treatment plans provided to patients
4. Guide Therapy Assistants on performance of duties to ensure safe patient care
5. Engage in educational events
6. Maintain professional growth and development through continuing education
7. Participate in events planning

GENERAL

1. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with the public and staff
2. Maintain TTSH Service with Excellence standards
3. Comply with hospital policies & guidelines (E.g. Infection control, EHS, HR)
4. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

• Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine / Degree in Traditional Medicine
• Registered TCM Physician / Acupuncturist
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 1 – 3 years of experience as acupuncturist
• Comfortable with working alternate Saturdays (AM)

PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION

• Registered with Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore with Conditional / Full Registration
• Possess valid Practicing Certificate from TCMPB, Singapore.
