Corporate Sales & Events Executive / Coordinator

Our client is looking for 2 energetic and service-oriented individual to join their Sales & Events team. This is a varied role combining sales support, corporate client servicing, administration and event coordination.

Depending on experience and strengths, candidates may take on a more sales-focused portfolio with commission, or a sales administration and events support function.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate/client enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, proposals and invoices

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and private clients

• Coordinate orders, deliveries and customised requirements

• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, suppliers and internal teams

• Support the planning and execution of corporate/private events

• Assist with event setup, guest engagement and on-site operations

• Coordinate stock movement, displays and event materials

• Maintain sales records and assist with post-event documentation

• Support other sales, marketing and operational activities as required

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised, proactive and comfortable multitasking

• Confident interacting with clients and people from different industries

• Comfortable supporting events and being deployed on-site when required

• Experience in sales, customer service, events, hospitality or sales administration would be advantageous

• Candidates with stronger B2B/corporate sales experience may be considered for the commission structure
