Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Operations (Customer Service & Logistics)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders, from order processing to delivery and completion.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment.

• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.

• Coordinate warehouse activities, stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy.

• Monitor slow-moving, excess and damaged inventory and follow up on necessary actions.

• Coordinate with logistics partners on shipments, transportation and delivery arrangements.

• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues when required.

• Verify logistics-related charges and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

• Support process improvements and cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• At least 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain and logistics operations.

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

• Candidate who is available to start work within short notice will be advantageous.
