Sales Engineer (Vacuum Pumps/West)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales of vacuum pump products to achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable vacuum pump solutions through product presentations and technical discussions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate after-sales service activities and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support overall business growth by providing technical and after-sales support to customers.

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant engineering experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; experience in after-sales service is an advantage.
