[Permanent] Facility Maintenance Executive @ North

Our client is a leading logistics and cold chain company looking for a Facility Maintenance Executive to support the smooth and reliable operation of its facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment and systems
• Coordinate repairs and breakdown rectification
• Manage contractors and service providers
• Support facility maintenance and improvement projects
• Monitor maintenance schedules, equipment performance and safety compliance
• Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions
• Work closely with Operations and other departments on facility-related matters
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports
• Provide technical guidance to the maintenance team

Details

• Mandai Link
• $4,000 – $4,500/month
• Mon–Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm | Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm
• Working hours will subsequently transition to a 5-day work week

Benefits

• Annual Leave: 14 days, increasing up to 18 days

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Mechatronics or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance/project experience
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or industrial environments
• Knowledge of facility management, equipment maintenance and safety standards
• Experience managing contractors/vendors
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with industrial refrigeration, automated material handling systems or ASRS is an advantage
