1. Sales Performance & Profitability

• Achieve individual and support store sales targets and profitability goals through proactive customer engagement and effective selling techniques.

• Take ownership of sales performance by identifying opportunities to maximise sales, increase basket size, and promote relevant products.

• Contribute to the successful execution of sales initiatives, promotional activities, and product launches.

• Monitor personal sales performance and take appropriate actions to achieve agreed targets and business objectives.

2. Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing professional product recommendations and solutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

• Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience that reflects the company's service standards.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner, escalating issues when appropriate.

3. Store Operations & Merchandising

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, visual merchandising, and store presentation to enhance the customer shopping experience.

• Ensure products are displayed, replenished, and priced accurately in accordance with company guidelines.

• Support daily store operations to ensure the store is well-organised, customer-ready, and always operating efficiently.

4. Inventory & Asset Management

• Assist in stock ordering, replenishment, and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimise stock shortages.

• Participate in stock counts and inventory control activities to maintain stock accuracy.

• Safeguard company assets and support loss prevention initiatives by adhering to security procedures and reporting discrepancies promptly.

5. Compliance & Operational Standards

• Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards. JD

• Ensure all operational activities are carried out in compliance with established guidelines and service standards.

• Support a safe, secure, and compliant retail environment for customers and colleagues.

6. Team Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with team members to achieve sales and operational objectives.

• Maintain effective communication within the store team to support smooth daily operations.

• Participate actively in training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and customer service skills.

• Share relevant information and best practices to support overall team performance.

7. Other Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
