Food Service Ambassador (Part-Time 1 Year Contract)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Direct patient contact and possess good understanding of the various meal options and special diets available for patients

• Serve meals promptly within the stipulated time and ensure diet chit and patient details are tally before serving

• Take and submit food service order for patients via eMOS (electronic Meal Ordering System)

• Daily upkeep of ward pantry and changing of water jugs

• Comply to all service quality, infection control, health and safety requirements by hospital

• Adhere to instructions on infection control and wear the appropriate personal protective safety (PPE)

• Undertake ad hoc periodic cleaning and additional duties as assigned by Superior

• Minimum Secondary School education

• Service Oriented – caring, friendly, helpful and positive

• Basic IT knowledge is required to handle e-system, computer, smartphones

• Willing to work in hospital environment

• Able to work independently and a team player

• Able to work overtime (when required)

• Training will be provided

Additional to Take Note

• Part-time, 1-year contract (renewable)

• 5 days per week

• Timing : 8am to 1pm or 2pm to 7pm
