KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Request for resources (e.g. manpower, equipment & material) for on-site use
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to members on-site
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (includes autocad drawings), plans and reports

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of ACMV working experience in similar role
  • Proficient with AutoCAD software
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach to work
  • Good spoken English
  • Ability to work independently without much supervision
  • Ability to effectively manage time
