Education Partnerships & Business Development Senior Executive

Job Summary

We seek an energetic Education Partnerships & Business Development Senior Executive to grow our AI-powered platform, Zairoo, by developing partnerships and driving user acquisition through strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure partnerships with tuition centres, tutors, enrichment providers, and education-related organisations to expand Zairoo’s market presence
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations, trials, and pilot programmes to showcase Zairoo’s capabilities and benefits
• Build and manage a comprehensive pipeline of potential partners, overseeing outreach, engagement, and onboarding processes
• Drive user acquisition and increase product adoption by implementing partnership and referral initiatives aligned with growth targets
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support campaign execution and incorporate partner feedback for continuous improvement
• Monitor and analyse partnership outcomes, user growth metrics, and conversion performance to inform strategic decisions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related discipline
• Experience in business development, partnerships, account management, education, EdTech, or related fields
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills demonstrated through stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to conduct outreach, network effectively, and engage external stakeholders to build partnerships
• Results-driven mindset with experience working towards clear partnership and user-growth objectives
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Interest in education, technology, and AI-enabled learning products
