Perform pre-processing checks for payments and other banking transactions.

Verify approvals, client mandates and required documentation.

Conduct callback checks for asset transfers and account/static updates.

Perform daily operational and end-of-day control checks.

Identify exceptions, control gaps and potential operational risks.

Handle business queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation.

Ensure transactions are processed according to approved procedures.

Work with internal teams to improve processes and strengthen controls.

Support projects and process improvement initiatives.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
