Job Summary

Premium facial salon in Novena seeks an experienced Beauty Therapist to deliver quality facial and massage treatments, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to sales growth in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional facial treatments to improve clients’ skin health and appearance
  • Apply effective massage techniques to enhance client relaxation and treatment outcomes
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming salon environment for clients
  • Support sales efforts by recommending suitable beauty products and services to clients
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in facial treatments or the beauty industry
  • Sales experience to assist in promoting salon products and services
  • Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude
