Manage HR operations and employee records, including contracts, confirmation, probation, HR documentation, and employee enquiries.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, IT equipment, exit interviews, clearance, and final payments.
Manage work pass administration, including EP, S Pass, Dependant’s Pass, and LTVP applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance.
Maintain HR systems and employee data, including personal information, employee movements, and leave records.
Support payroll and HR administration for Asia and Regional Office operations when required.
Organise employee engagement initiatives and HR projects, including wellness programmes, company events, communications, policies, templates, and SOPs.
