Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, enhancing business development and relationships.
• Identify client needs and provide integrated banking solutions within syndicated loan products.
• Focus on emerging sectors, including Digital Economy, AI, New Energy, and High-Tech Manufacturing.
• Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments, ensuring active monitoring of client exposures.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to uphold regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Achieve business targets related to loan growth, deposit growth, fee income, and overall profitability.
• Support cross-border initiatives and pursue group-synergy opportunities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a lead-arranger or co-arranger for syndicated loan products.
• Extensive experience in participating as a lender or in syndicated loans, with strong understanding of credit risk assessment and risk management.
• Proven skills in business development and client relationship management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk governance frameworks.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach and the capability to work independently.
