Senior Client Services Executive, Treaty Reinsurance (Insurance Industry, up to $6.8k) (ID: 712160)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timely reporting.
• Conduct quality control on claims data and reporting; identify and rectify any contract drafting errors.
• Analyze claims data, update reserves, and assist in the negotiation and settlement of claims while escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Track renewals and new contracts, validating terms and accounting arrangements, to ensure accurate revenue scheduling.
• Process premiums and adjustments according to prescribed timelines; liaise with outsourced partners for processing instructions.
• Foster and maintain client relationships, addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely provision of reports.
• Collaborate with team members, provide support during peak periods, and assist in the onboarding of new hires.
• Engage in process improvement projects and contribute to knowledge sharing to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance against budgetary targets and maintain strict adherence to compliance and audit standards.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience within the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Functional understanding of claims management processes, market dynamics, and the legal and regulatory landscape.
• Meticulous attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Capability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating effective negotiation and project management skills.
