5-day work week including weekends

42h per week, 3 rotating shifts by roster

AM Shift: 7:00 am to 2:30 pm (including 30 minutes meal break)

PM Shift: 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm (including 30 minutes meal break)

NightShift: 9:00 pm to 7.30 am (including 1 hour meal break)

Jobscope:

Manage patient appointments, including coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services
Attend to phone, online, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and care
Perform patient registration and ensure accurate records management
Handle billing, payments, and third-party claims accurately
Prepare and manage corporate billing and monthly invoicing
Identify and escalate urgent medical cases promptly to clinical staff
Address patient feedback and support service recovery efforts
Provide administrative support including reporting, filing, and inventory coordination
