Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekdays (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

44 hours per work week

Greet and register patients
Schedule patient appointment
Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
Handle payments and respond to patient inquiries
Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
Will be stationed at the health monitoring station based on the roster. Involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients at the health monitoring station
