Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Clinic Operations & Service Excellence #HDC1

Step into a pivotal role at the heart of primary healthcare operations. As part of a dynamic Polyclinic Management Team, you'll work alongside cross-functional teams to keep daily clinic operations running smoothly, efficiently, and with excellence at every touchpoint. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the patient experience while driving key national health initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, and Age Well SG.

What You'll Be

Doing

• Support the Manager in coordinating and planning clinic activities, manpower utilisation, and resource allocation for cost-efficient, effective operations
• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow management, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Drive the rollout of new healthcare initiatives and contribute to service excellence and continuous improvement efforts
• Plan and implement strategies and work process improvements in close collaboration with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and other service teams
• Partner with colleagues across other workgroups, polyclinics, or HQ on manpower planning, training and development, digital transformation, policy and workflow design, new clinic development, and emergency preparedness

What We're

Looking For

• Degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in healthcare-related projects is highly advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A resilient, dynamic multi-tasker with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (with compressed work arrangements available once settled into the role)
