  • Support and maintain campus IT infrastructure, including *LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, routing & switching*
  • Monitor network performance, availability and security alerts, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
  • Provide hands-on support for *servers, virtualisation, backup systems, Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments*
  • Administer and troubleshoot *Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, user access and endpoint configurations*
  • Act as an escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests
  • Support classroom, computer lab and examination IT readiness
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers on network, infrastructure and maintenance matters
  • Support IT security, patching, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation and audit requirements
  • Maintain technical documentation including network diagrams, SOPs, incident reports and change records
  • Assist with infrastructure projects, system upgrades, network refreshes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
  • 5–8 years of relevant hands-on IT infrastructure / network / end-user support experience
  • Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi and firewalls
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Fortinet, Aruba, HPE, Cisco, Huawei or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with endpoint management, monitoring, backup, patching and security tools
  • Experience in ITIL, incident/change management or service desk operations is advantageous
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, EduTrust, PDPA or audit/compliance environments is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable supporting after-hours/weekend maintenance, examinations or critical incidents when required
