Job Summary

The Purchasing Executive supports the purchasing team by assisting supplier selection, placing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers to meet organizational procurement needs
• Place purchase orders accurately to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
• Coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with operational requirements
• Manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines
• Apply procurement knowledge to support cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Maintain detailed records of purchases and supplier communications for transparency and audit purposes
