Quantity Surveyor (A&A works) — Permanent

Location: East Region | Salary: 3000 - 4500

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and contracts for renovation projects. It is a stable, permanent role with performance-based bonuses.

• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and client billing

• Review subcontractor quotes and handle contract documentation

• Coordinate with project partners to ensure costs stay on track

• Need at least one year of experience in renovation projects

• Must understand construction contracts and cost measurement

• Earn between $3,000 and $4,500 monthly
