ICT Operations Support Engineer (M365)

We are looking for an ICT Operations Support Engineer to provide day-to-day IT operations, user support, service request management and administration of workplace technologies.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri

Working Location: Central

Job Type: Contract

Salary Package: Up to $5500 (basic) + AWS

Responsibilities

• Manage and track IT service requests, incidents and operational support activities.
• Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and Intune.
• Handle user onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning and access management.
• Coordinate endpoint setup, software installation and workplace IT support.
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure requests are completed within SLA.
• Maintain ICT asset, licence and operational records.
• Support IT governance, audits, access reviews and compliance activities.
• Assist with incident management, reporting and general ICT operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT administration, infrastructure or end-user support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
• Familiar with IT service management and service request processes.
• Good communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in government or regulated environments will be an advantage.
