You could work on roles in your specialisation across a diverse range of sectors, giving you broader access to the market while continuing to deepen the functional expertise you’ve built.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and develop your specialist recruitment market
• Build deeper, longer-term client relationships
• Grow existing accounts and develop new opportunities
• Build strong candidate networks and market credibility
• Lead recruitment assignments from search through to placement
• Take ownership of your pipeline and commercial performance
• Continue developing the depth and value of your desk

What We’re Looking For

You’ve already established yourself in agency recruitment and can demonstrate:

• A strong track record of billing and delivery
• The ability to build, develop and grow client relationships
• Strong market and candidate knowledge within your specialisation
• Commercial drive and ownership of your desk
• The confidence to operate with a high degree of autonomy
• A desire to remain hands-on with clients, candidates and the market

Your next move should feel like one.
