* Minimum 10 years of tunnel construction experience

* Strong experience in tunnelling and underground construction works

* Experience supervising workers, operators and subcontractors

* Able to understand construction drawings, method statements and project specifications

* Knowledge of daily tunnel operations, excavation, lifting and machinery coordination

* Able to monitor work progress, quality and site safety

* Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure workers follow safety procedures

* Coordinate effectively with engineers, safety personnel and project management

* Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

* Able to prepare daily progress and manpower reports

* Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently

Location: Singapore
