WE’RE HIRING — CENTRE MANAGER

Fun Learners’ School Care (FLSC) – Sengkang

Are you an experienced educator or student care professional who enjoys working with children, parents and teachers — and has the leadership skills to run a centre effectively?

We are looking for a Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Student Care Centre in Sengkang.

YOUR ROLE

As Centre Manager, you will take ownership of the centre’s operations, service standards and enrolment growth.

• Manage daily Student Care Centre operations and ensure smooth programme delivery

• Lead, guide and manage teachers and centre staff

• Maintain high standards of student care, safety and discipline

• Build strong relationships with parents and handle enquiries professionally

• Conduct centre tours and follow up with prospective parents

• Drive new enrolments and support student retention

• Manage leads and ensure timely follow-up of enquiries

• Coordinate student schedules, tuition, enrichment and centre activities

• Handle administrative matters, attendance, payments and centre records

• Plan centre events, Open Houses and parent engagement activities

• Work closely with management on marketing and centre growth initiatives

• Ensure the centre provides a warm, organised and positive environment for every child

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✓ Has experience in Student Care, Education, Tuition or a related field

✓ Has leadership or centre-management experience

✓ Communicates confidently with parents

✓ Is comfortable handling sales enquiries and enrolment follow-ups

✓ Can lead and motivate a team of educators

✓ Is organised, responsible and able to solve problems independently

✓ Genuinely enjoys working with children

✓ Understands that a successful centre requires both excellent education and excellent parent service

Experience as a Student Care Centre Manager, Centre Supervisor, Senior Student Care Teacher, Tuition Centre Manager or Education Centre Manager will be an advantage.
